|Helene Birk is the International Marketing Director at Organic Denmark. Her main role is to support the growth of organic export to nearby markets in EU as well as markets outside EU. Birk has more than 20 years’ experience with international strategy work, category development, brand building & communication development as well as 20+ years of experience with international marketing from Arla Foods and other companies.|
Charlotte Bladh André is the chairman of Organic Sweden. She also works as strategist at Futerra Sustainability Communication helping clients find their way to a communication platform that lifts both brand and sustainability. Bladh André is also the founder of the Swedish organic brand Ekorrens Ekologiska.
|Johannes Kahl is an expert in organic food systems. Since 2015 he has worked at Copenhagen University/Denmark focusing on sustainable diets. He is permanent visiting professor at Warsaw University of Life Sciences/Poland and guest lecturer at Universities of Barcelona/Spain and Kassel/Germany. He is chair of the Food Quality & Health Association.|
|Carola Strassner is professor of Sustainable Food Systems and Nutrition Ecology at Münster University of Applied Sciences where she specialises in food systems sustainability; especially the out-of-home (horeca) context and alternative food networks. Carola Strassner also has gathered industry experience as Head of R&D at German health enterprise and is managing partner of the business company a’verdis – Sustainable FoodService Solutions.|
Tuomas Mattila työskentelee erikoistutkijana Suomen ympäristökeskuksessa. Hän kehittää julkisille ruokahakkijoile suunnattua työkalua, joka yhdistää elinkaariarviointia ja ravitsemussuosituksia. Mattila toimii myös monissa muissa rooleissa elintarvikejärjestelmän luovimiseksi kestävämpään suuntaan: viljelijänä, neuvojana ja yliopistotutkijana.
